Founded in 1994, Finder Utility Locating has been doing private utility locating in Northeast Ohio for over 30 years. We started with a straightforward goal: show up prepared, do the work carefully, and deliver accurate, documented results on every job.
While 811 covers public utilities up to the meter, the vast majority of underground infrastructure on private, commercial, and industrial properties goes unmarked. That's where Finder comes in.
We use professional electromagnetic locating equipment and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to build a detailed picture of what lies beneath the surface before excavation begins. Depth readings are available upon request.
